Intersaction

A long term, growth-oriented investor

A good personal connection with those in whom we invest is very important to us, as well as shared objectives and shared success.

The Intersaction team consists of three experienced partners and two investment associates. We invest our own capital in companies with a turnover of Euro 5 million or more and we take a long-term approach.

To invest our own capital to us means we:

  • Are enterprising, ambitious and decisive. Goal oriented, focussing on efficiency and growth
  • Have a long term vision and seek partnerships with like-minded people
  • Remain bound to the enterprise until the time that our shared objectives are achieved
  • Will not take the place of the entrepreneur, instead we seek to encourage and energise
  • Make decisions based on facts
  • Increase the sustainability of businesses
  • Are open, honest and direct
  • Can invest additional capital for further growth

Enthusiasm and experience in jointly building businesses

We have worked together with and supported several entrepreneurs and management teams. Depending on the situation this may involve:

  • The scaling-up of the organisation for the next growth phase
  • Helping to conceptualise and implement internationalisation
  • Growth through acquisitions
  • Improving understanding of value drivers
  • Identifying operational improvements - sales, marketing, HR, IT or financial management
  • Accessing talent and introducing experts
  • Utilising the expertise of our network of industry partners
Our structure with three partners and investment of own capital allows us to be entrepreneurial and act decisively.

Intersaction provides capital for buy-outs, buy-ins and growth.

We participate with a majority interest and focus on companies with the following characteristics:

  • Preference for niche and B2B companies with significant growth potential
  • Turnover/enterprise value of a minimum of €5 million
