Jeroen van EngelenBefore joining Intersaction, Jeroen gained nearly fifteen years of experience as a mergers and acquisitions advisor for Dutch SMEs, primarily in business-to-business sectors, with a particular focus on sustainability. In this role, he consistently engaged in strategic discussions with entrepreneurs about their growth ambitions—both organic and acquisitive. It is precisely this collaboration with inspiring and driven entrepreneurs that energizes him.

Caspar MutzeSince 2009 Caspar has gained experience as an investor in Dutch medium-sized companies, especially in the business-to-business sector. Caspar takes great pleasure in working with management teams on the development of companies, where a good balance between ratio/analysis and the relationship with all different players are important to him.

Pim SchlejenBefore joining Intersaction, Pim gained experience at a Dutch SME-focused investment fund, where he was involved in the Renewable Energy sector, among others. Pim holds an MSc in Finance (VU Amsterdam), following a BSc in Economics & Business Economics (University of Groningen). He is most energized by supporting and working alongside visionary companies driven by ambition and entrepreneurial spirit.

Tim EveraertTim is actively involved at Clean Solutions Group (CSG) and The Learning Network (TLN). In recent years he has gained experience as an involved investor within the distribution sector and manufacturing industry with commercial projects within the value chain and operational projects within the plant. He also has experience in setting up and realizing a consolidation strategy.

Quirijn RenneQuirijn is actively involved at BMAir and Foeth. His interest lies in formulating commercial and operational strategy within Dutch medium-sized companies. In the past 4 years, as an investor and strategic advisor to various companies mainly within manufacturing and food & agri, Quirijn has been able to support (in)organic growth and improve profitability.

Minou HoekstraAt Intersaction, Minou is responsible for finance and operational management. She brings years of experience as CFO at a Dutch private equity investor and previously worked as a management consultant at a Big Four consultancy firm.

Coen SandbergCoen is actively involved at The Learning Network (TLN) and Clean Solutions Group (CSG). He was also involved at former participations PQR and Schaffelaarbos. In the past 10 years he has assisted mainly business-to-business companies in various niche sectors as an investor and strategic advisor. Coen supported scaling up for growth, successful follow-up of entrepreneurs and digital transformations at various organisations.

Joost BeckerJoost has over 25 years of experience as an investor in a range of sectors and situations at medium and large companies. With this experience he has gained a deep understanding of the differences but also similarities that can be found in the companies in which Intersaction invests. Joost takes great pleasure in supporting management teams with rapid growth, but also in tackling challenges. Joost is actively involved at TLN, and Foeth and was actively involved at former participations Schaffelaarbos, Inmaco, PQR and Red Point.

Matthijs SnelsMatthijs is actively involved with portfolio companies BMAir and Micro Machining Group. Before joining Intersaction, he worked as an M&A advisor for Dutch mid-sized companies, contributing to (international) transactions across various sectors. He supported businesses in executing their inorganic growth strategies. Matthijs particularly enjoys working closely with management teams and contributing to strategic growth planning.
