Intersaction Fund IV closed at €152 million

We are proud to announce the successful final closing of Intersaction Fund IV at €152 million, doubling the size of our previous fund.

 

This milestone reflects the strong conviction of our investor base in what we do: investing in established, Netherlands-headquartered B2B companies with resilient business models including manufacturing, trading, and business services, to partner with them in accelerating (international) growth.

 

Fund IV is backed by a diverse group of investors, including families, entrepreneurs, and leading European institutional investors. We have already made two platform investments and look forward to the journey ahead.
